Is Flsend.com service free? Can I use it right now?
You can upload and download files up to 100MB absolutely free! You can upload any kind of file. (Read Terms Of Use for Details and Restrictions)

Why do I need to register at FLsend?
In general, if you want to upload a file up to 100MB you do not need to register, but registration provides you with additional advantages. According to the type of your account, you will earn FLsend Points and you can convert them to CASH! (For more details please check REWARD PROGRAM SECTION)

What files can I upload and what is the maximum size of the file?
You can upload any files (EXE, MP3, MPEG, AVI, RAR, ZIP, JPG, etc.), that you use at work or on holidays! Music files, video files, mp3, useful programs, games, ringtones for your cell phones, digital photos, office files (in Excel, PowerPoint, Word format), project schemes, architectural drawings, conference recordings, price-lists, regular agreements, laboratory data, server configuration files, advertising booklets, and so on. Today, the maximum size of a uploaded file is 100MB.

How long can I store a uploaded file in FLsend.com?
The longest term of file storing in FLsend.com is 21 days from the date of its last download! For Premium-accounts the term is 60 days. Of course, the file is stored in our system if it responds to our user's agreement and does not violate the laws of your country. This particularly means that files that violate the copyright laws or containing any forbidden information will be deleted as soon as they are found. If you have found such files in the FLsend.com system, we will be grateful if you inform us about them: just send us a complaint by filling in the form on our Report Abuse page.

Can I delete my uploaded file at any time?
Of course you can! After you upload your file, you will obtain an exclusive link for downloading the file, in which you can then send this link to anyone , and you will also obtain an exclusive link for the Admin Panel of this file, you should save or memorize this link. To delete your file you just need to click its Admin Panel link! Premium and Registrered account users can also delete their files by using their personal file controller; they do not need to remember this link.

My Web hosting does not allow storing large mp3 and avi files. Can I upload these files to Flsend.com and place a link to them on my website so visitors of the website can download them?
You can upload an unlimited number of any files to our system and place the links to them anywhere: on your homepage, company website, on the forums that you visit, you can send these links to your friends by ICQ, YIM, IRQ, e-mail service (Spam is forbidden) and so on. You only need to remember the exclusive links to your files accurately; otherwise, your friends will not be able to download them.

What limitations are there on FLsend.com for the number of downloads?
There is no limitation for the number of downloads of a file! Some files stored in our system have been downloaded more than 100,000 times. If you are not a Premium Account user, you can upload only one file in one current without interruption. Moreover, you can use any downloading accelerator: GetRight, FlashGet, etc.

Can I see the whole file archive of your system?
Generally, no. Our service guarantees total confidence of both your files and other user's files. As some people do not want to grant access to their files to everybody, generally it is impossible to receive the files, if you do not know their links.

I have purchased a Premium account, but your system does not log me in. What could be wrong?
Please, ensure that you did not (block) cookies in your browser. Make sure that you have not installed any software blocking the receiving and sending of cookies. For example, this can be a firewall. But even if cookies are not received or sent on your computer, if you have a Premium account you just need to enter your log-in and password (they are automatically sent to you when you register your Premium account) each time, when you want to upload a file and you switched off the cookies.

I might enter my e-mail address when I register as a regular or Premium member. Will I receive advertising messages sent to my e-mail address?
NO, you will not. We do not sell or give anybody the e-mail addresses of our users. The only thing that you may receive sent to your e-mail is our message in case our service will have additional options.

How long will FLsend.com store my files?
If you have a Premium account , your files will be stored for 30 days from their last download or your Premium Account expires, if you do not delete them yourself. If you use our free service, then your files will be stored for 21 days from their last download.

Why is the file being downloaded slowly?
Maybe, the requested file is being downloaded by dozens of people and our servers are sharing the traffic among all the users. If you want to have priority for downloading, you can purchase a Premium account or try to download this file at another time of the day.

Your system informs that I'm downloading files at the moment or have already downloaded too many, though I haven't downloaded any files yet! What's wrong?
Our system uses your IP-address to count the amount of downloads. If you receive such a notice and you really haven't downloaded anything, then you probably use the proxy-server that is simultaneously used by other people. You should switch off this proxy-server. If your provider doesn't allow it the only possible solution for you is Premium account . Premium account uses cookies (not IP addresses) for counting your downloads.

Why can't I enter FLsend.com through the corporate proxy-server?
The system limits the number of simultaneous logins from the same IP address to prevent the server's overloading. That is why you may see a notice informing you that something is already being downloaded from your IP address, though you are not downloading anything. As Premium users have more downloading priority, if you are not a Premium member, just try to log in at another time of day.

What are the advantages of the Premium-account?
You are offered many advantages for a considerably low price - starting from $8.99 per month: You have downloading priority when our servers share their traffic capacity, in which you have access to programs making the downloading speed higher and helping to download interrupted (broken) files, downloading starts at once (you don't need to wait for 60 seconds), you can download up to 50 files at the same time, you can upload and store files up to 100 MB along with many other options.
